Bedoya in for Corona, Holden for Diskerud and Eddie Johnson for Wondo only changes for USA....Donovan remains in #10 role where he shined on Sunday. Can't see past a USA win but odds (though lowered for poor field conditions...thanks Concacaf) make the game less certain. Honduras lacks its best players and has to be satisfied with win over CR in Baltimore. I was at the match and thier fan support was off the charts. Great atmosphere! May play a Mexico/USA double as this tournament historically always comes down to these two teams and while Mexico is a small favorite Dallas works as a venue where they should have great support.

My play is USA -1/2/Mexico to advance at +107. GO USA!

Eddie Johnson and Landon Donovan have to be on the Brazil 2014 roster and Donovan has to be in the first XI. Wondo is out....Jozy is clear top choice for our #9 and Eddie, Clint Dempsey or even Landon can step into that role if necessary. Beckerman = Bradley lite and Jermain Jones is the perfect answer to who should be his double pivot partner. I think Jose Torres has earned Brazil consideration as well and I love how Zusi has developed. We hve plenty of outside backs (great move by Jurgen to tab Beasly) I just think we are very weak at center half. I know we want to develop our young players, but there is a part of me that still hopes Boccanegra will be part of our 2014 WC team.

You make some great points. Donovan now has 5 goals and 7 assists this tournament. He is playing unbelievable right now, and looks highly motivated. E. Johnson has tremendous speed and is a great finisher. Hercules Gomez could be the odd man out at forward. Beckerman had a solid game defensively.
